Dear,
Sorry for sending you this messege with a problem that Eletrolux Brazil is not able (actually, do not want) to fix it. However, Eletrolux US is my last hope, before, I will need to be forced to have a quite new Eletrolux refrigerator in poor condition.
I bought in 2020 Aug 8th an Eletrolux refrigerator and that made myself very happy.
However, around 3,5 years later started my nightmare with Eletrolux Brasil. The ice machine was broken. Actually the level padle felt a part. Since then, having the first contact with Electrolux Brasil costum service on 2024 March 20th, and after several fawards and backwards messeges, talkings the problem has not been solved.
In the first message I was told the product was no longer manufactured for more than 5 years, therefore, Electrolux would not have the spare part available. That means I bought a product was no longer manufactured 2 years before, and I was told nothing. Later it was said it was a mistake, however, the product was no longer manufactured since 3 years, and, the spare part was no longer available. Then, Electrolux Brasil put in contact with a reseller who had the Ice machine, however, with a cost 6 times higher than the ordinary cost.
Actually, almost half of the cost I paid for the refrigerator. Every time a fully out of respect for the custumer. I bought a refrigerator with my savings for lasting for more than 10 y.
If something is broken, and that could happen, I just want to buy it with the correct value and replace it . Why is this so problematic ?
Finally, I beg US Electrolux, could support and evenctually push Electrolux Brasil to sell the spare part.

No service under warranty
freezer has been down for 2 months and still trying to get warranty service. I am getting lied to about parts being ordered. contacting them is nothing more than a big runaround.

Hello,
After spending almost an hour with customer service chat about black mold covering the entire boot of my washing machine and getting nowhere with help to replace the boot for free or with a discount, I'd like to know who to contact directly. I'm so dissatisfied with this product and this company.
I finally ordered a replacement boot for $112, then had to have a repairman install a new boot, costing $229.50.
There is a flaw in this product. What is the company doing about it?

New washer!!!Delivered with washer door that does not latch properly. Called Lowes warranty line.
Hung up on twice. Went to Lowes and told I missed the 48 hour new appliance service window and they would not cover it. Called Electrolux and tech stated I could be charged for the repair as it was an installation problem caused by Lowes?
I told her that Lowes did not install the door but she only repeated her script. Apparently the door issue is a common problem with Electrolux washers

Dryer Repair - WO 9464****
Hello,
I am writing in regard to urgently getting my dryer repaired that is currently still under warranty. Unfortunately, we have had a very difficult time with your service reps in addressing our issue and are very disappointed in our experience with Electrolux.
Here is an outline of what we have experienced and are asking that you help resolve this issue ASAP.
1) Our dryer makes a very loud rattling noise as if something is loose or broken and metal is being tossed around when the dryer is in use. A repair man came out, and ordered replacement parts
2) Replacement part was delivered in very large box on a crate and is now taking up space in our garage, making that unusable for the time being. We never received a call or date on you end to then install the replacement parts. I had to reach out to get that scheduled.
3) scheduled repair for Wednesday 7/3.
Arranged pet care and arranged work schedule to accommodate.
4) the repair was rescheduled on your end without consent or notice to Wednesday 7/10
5) I repeated the arrangement for pet care and re-arrange work schedule to accommodate the reschedule on Wednesday 7/10
6) This scheduled repair was also rescheduled without consent and no effort was taken on your part to accommodate quick action. Still without a functioning garage as well since parts are sitting there
7) I called your service line to reschedule sooner or arrange for alternative repair company to address the issue. 2 different people in the department said they would escalate this and get back to me within 30 min and end of day to address the issue. Neither of them called back and followed through.
I no longer have time to keep chasing this issue and need a resolution ASAP.
If this cannot be repaired immediately, please send an entirely new replacement dryer as this is still under warranty. I will no longer arrange my schedule to accommodate your constant rescheduling.
This has been 2 months of non functioning dryer and now unusable garage. Please address this ASAP.

I tried to reach out 3 times to get my appliance fixed with an extended warranty with Electrolux and was never able to speak to anyone. This company operates in a culture of deviance characterized by managers who could care less about customers.
I will never purchase another Electrolux warranty or product. Terrible experience with this company.

I don't expect the representative to understand all the parts of an Electrolux microwave. That said, she wasn't familiar with the feature that wasn't working and continued to offer to sell me a part. The manual doesn't include the part that wasn't working: clock and function display is very dimly lit.

I sent an email on August 12. Did you receive it?
I was told to send it to iasupport@***.com. Is that the correct email address? A new refrigerator was delivered to me on November 3. I have had 7 service calls on this appliance since then.
Please respond to the email above with the email address I need to resend the email to for a response. I am currently using a cooler as I have no refrigerator - someone please take responsibility for this problem.

Preferred solution: I would like to receive a replacement for this defective appliance. I would like to not have been inhaling dangerous toxic refrigerant which made me sick as it completely leaked out of the unit and filled my lungs.
Failure to provide promised repair ca
For repair order 874135****. Advanced appliance knew what problem was with dryer and had actually rescheduled to have two techs due the size of stacked unit.
One tech arrived and had totally incorrect information. Would not talk to us.
Did not like that we were upset after a week delay to get two techs and stormed off. I tried to talk with advanced but they blamed Electrolux and I lost my temper over the absolute failure to recognize the error abs try to correct it.
I need to be reimbursed for 4 hours I took off work that were lost due to this error

There is a waiting time to get help returning defective water filter. I have tried 10 times to replace the filter but the replace filter never goes off! Please resend a new filter and give me directions to return the one that is not working.

5 yr extended warranty good till 2028 compressor went out on our window unit after 1 yr.4 mo later after conversation with at least 50 people emailing all receipts someone says the emails aren't going through but we get confirmation numbers they did. No help at all .

I've had this Frigidaire refrigerator for 3 years. I've replaced the control board, condenser fan, compressor, inverter board, and main PCB board.
The compressor, inverter, and main PCB board were replaced this week - now the compressor won't come on!
What is the solution? I can't use this refrigerator after spending a lot of money on repairs!!

My order was sent to wrong address and I tried to tell the person that was taking my order and he was a smart mouth and said the zip is right thats all we need. The post office charged me 8.95 and I was to gave free shipping. Amazon makes everything right so that is who I will use in the future

I purchased a fridge from MALIK ELECTRONICS ADDA BASEERA in Muzaffargarh six months ago, which is still under warranty. Unfortunately, the unit has developed a fault and requires repairs.
Despite repeated attempts to contact the vendor, there has been no proper response or resolution of the issue.
To my disappointment, the concerned Electrician of area is demanding charges for the visit and repairs, which should be covered under the warranty terms.
This lack of professionalism and failure to honor the warranty is unacceptable. I urge the vendor to address this matter promptly and provide the required service as per the warranty agreement.
