Electrolux - DOES ANYONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING?
FORTY-FIVE MINUTES on hold EACH TIME I CALLED (total 3 times)!After being transferred to a non-working number twice, I told the girl NOT to transfer me.
I listened to her talking to herself and HUMMING throughout the entire call (extremely annoying). Had to keep calling back. The customer service rep. sent me to a web site to make the purchase...EBAY!
They were being sold by someone named "rosebud." I am NOT giving my credit card information on this web site! What is going on over there??? Very upset!!
I bought an Electrolux because it was the best product; sadly the customer service SUCKS.Now where can I find the bags for this EXPENSIVE unit?
