Your repairman who worked on our refrigerator yesterday spilled a bowl of salad dressing in the refrigerator. He did not say a word about the spill.

He asked if we had a small 'towel'. I gave him a yellow towel and he covered up the spill with the towel and left. He said nothing about the spill.

Our refrigerator now needs to be cleaned. Please have someone call me who supervises the repair people who don't clean up after themselves.

I bought a Frigidaire dehumidifier from Walmart on 03/04/2024 and it was delivered 03/06/2024. I used the unit intermittently from March till about the middle of May then started using it continuously until I found out the unit was no good due to freezing coils on 06/13/2024.

I only used the unit continuously for three or four weeks and the coils start to freeze which has to be a new record for dehumidifiers. Electrolux refused to refund my money but offered to send a replacement unit that would pick up with the same warranty I had when I purchased the original unit which means with the replacement the warranty will run out 03/06/2025. I sent Electrolux all the required paperwork for the replacement unit on 07/07/2024 and the email said I should receive the new replacement unit within 10 days. Also, on 07/12/2024 I received confirmation the warranty had been approved and I should be receiving shipping instructions within 5 days.

I waited more than 5 days and called their customer service on 07/19/2024 and was told that it would be another 7 to 10 days giving absolutely no reason as to why the delay even though I asked. Then on 07/25/2024 I called again asking where my replacement unit was and was told again that it would be another 7 to 10 days giving absolutely no reason as to why the delay even though I asked again. I knew at this point I was being told nothing but a lie and Electrolux had no intention of sending me a replacement unit. Electrolux has gone past any time frame that they set to get me the replacement unit and to get any information from their pathetic customer service is a joke.

Electrolux is just trying to run out the clock on my warranty so that they can say the warranty is legitimately out of date or give me no time to see if the replacement unit is an absolute piece of trash like the initial dehumidifier I got.

It should be illegal to sell such junk to a consumer. Your company can't even honor its own warranty it seems.

Do not buy Electrolux appliances. They do not last.

My microwave glass inside my microwave busted while cooking food. All agents do not want to help you with any issues; they just want you to pay more money. Electrolux is supposed to be a great and long-lasting name.

I highly do not recommend buying anything from this company! I rate this company a -100.

The glass inside the microwave broke while the microwave was cooking food, ruining my entire dinner. The company can reimburse all my money, take back this defective microwave, and investigate why the glass broke while the microwave was operating.

Induction range large size burner half is active another half not active . Compaint done but service engineers 3- 4 came they said it is manufacturing defect .

Until now nobody solved this issue.

I discuss with Frigidaire staff but they are unable to cooperate. I told them to replace Induction range or refund my payment please.

Electrolux - Faulty frig. Extended warranty purchased but poor service.

My expensive Fridgedair Twins built in frig and freezer set is almost new and still covered under the extended warranty that I purchased.

The frig quit working and Electrolux, the parent company said its not repairable. They agreed to provide me a new frig but I have to pay the service company 900.00 to deliver the new frig, install and take away the old.

I told then not fair the frig & freezer and additional 600.00 trim kit is an installed unit.

When I bought extended warranty on the set I was not told they wont deliver or install if one goes out, they simply said they will take care of it. I told them after the expensive purchase, extended warranty purchase and now being without a functional frig for coming up on 2 months, me having to pay for the replacement to be delivered and installed is not fair.

Clearly Im very disappointed.

Now I asked them to just ship the new frig to me and Ill take care of installing it but they said it has to go to a dealer and I have to pay to have it delivered.

Just punishment, if they are shipping the unit, just skip the middleman and delays and ship it to me. For some odd reason they say they cant do that.

Again, very disappointing.

As I said almost 2 months and I dont know how where this rabbit hole ends.

Nothing has happened since my last review. They offered me a 100% prorated buy back of $849.00 via prepaid virtual card or USPS within 7- 10 business days but that was in October.

It is now December.

This has been going on since July. Still no dryer or buy back money.

Electrolux - Warranty not being honored.

After 7 weeks, 6 phone calls and 5 emails stating dehumidifier was going to be replaced and shipped in 5 days, I still have not received a new humidifier.

Spoke with Supervisor who said the warranty request must be resubmitted.

Tried to submit information again, but it states that unit is already in system to be replaced.

I feel that Electrolux should have a US phone number to contact instead of contacting Asia. All I asked was for my microwave to be fixed, but seeing that my microwave was out of warranty for less than seven months they will not do anything and the door cost as much as the whole Microwave . I think its very unfair that Electrolux is not helping me out in no way shape or form to resolve this issue.!!!

Buyer be aware they don’t care about you so so sad

Everything is wrong with the company i received a refrigerator, professional 6 burner stove put in June 25 2024 everything went wrong with it. Cost me 5.000 dollars to purchase it i waited 30 years and saved my money for it.

They said they have to repair it 4 times they have been here now they said they would replace the stove it . It is know Nov 27 2024 have not had a stove tomorrow is thanksgiving had to place a thanksgiving order cost me 500 dollars i been taking out food for my family I cant cook im so emotionally taken how could anybody do that to a family especially on Thanksgiving not to have an oven they need compensate me.

I hope someone from the company has the respect to reach out to me i hope i have a stove for Christmas. Im am writing a letter to corporate and filing a complaint at small claims court.

User's recommendation: Never ever purchase anything from them. Their customer service is horrible. There is no one to speak to accept customer service service and every time you talk to them they only give you a simple answer. There’s no one above them except the back office and they never have to respect to email you back as well. I’ll call you on the situation so I would buy anybody never ever purchase anything from them.

Reimbursement of shipping fees and taxes and lack of response from Electrolux

Via chat, I was told the dust bag holder for the Electrolux Ergospace EL6984 would fit the Electrolux Green Ergospace EL4101 canister vacuum. The holder for this one was accidently tossed.

Well the holder for the EL6984 did not fit. Cost me $25 to get delivered, same to return but just under $7.00 in taxes. This goes back to August of this year. Neither multiple chats nor emails to corporate office in Sweden helped.

Actually, corporate office didn't bother to respond. Meaning, I am now out approx. $57 due to one of your chat representatives, no my error/yours, and can not use my vacuum. I ordered my EL 4101 from Amazon.

Checked all parts stores; none has the holder replacement. Can't seem to attach purchase; message said can't accept this type of file.

Bas service

I purchased a freezer, but the freezer arrived damaged. I spoke with an agent, and I was told for the first time that I would be contacted by the admin for an inconvenience fee within two days, and the new freezer would arrive within 7-10 days.

I have waited, but nothing has happened. I contacted them again, but this time, they changed their first saying. At this time I was told that the admin would contact you within 7-10 days and the new freezer would arrive after three weeks. I got frustrated and amazed because they lay on me.

I felt it was a kind of fraud. I asked the agent to transfer me to one of the supervisors but they were ignoring my messages and refused to asculated. All they were saying was just sorry. What sorry do?

They didn't solve their problem at all and meant to ignore my feelings. Finally, I asked them to return my money. it will take from 7-10 to get processed and another 3-4 days to receive it. What a waste of time dealing with you.

Unhappy at all, I got the worst service in my life dealing with you. I am hoping I get my money back with no fight.

The bearing went out on my dryer and it was under warranty. I also purchased an extended warranty.

They sent out a service technician, and he called me three days later telling me that the dryer couldn't be fixed because they don't make the part anymore. They agreed to replace my dryer, for which I was approved.

However, three and a half months later, I still don't have a new dryer. I would not recommend anyone to purchase from Frigidaire.

Warranty Part for Wine Refrigerator

Faulty compressor that was under warranty. First reported in June 2024 and now it's Nov.

2024. I continue to get the run around. One week the part is on back order the next week they shipped it out but no tracking number or confirmation email. The next week, "our system doesn't talk to the parts department so they don't have the part.

Next time I call, the phone center in another country says they don't have a record of what part I'm waiting for.

Then I was told they would replace my unit, and now they have no record of that either. I'm currently on the phone as I write this.
