Refrigerator failed after only six months. Fridgidaire has dragged their feet on backing the warranty.

Purchased Refrigerator July 7, 2023 Freezer compartment stops holding temperature January 2024 started warranty process.

They sent out US appliance repair. After 11 service calls US appliance couldnt fix.(not surprising) After continuous chats calls Fridgidaire now sends Sears appliance repair out on April 5 2025 They say it needs compressor replaced.

Appointment May1st 2024 no show call to find out part back order.

I have tried BBB gotten nothing but meaningless apologies

The executive that is supposed to be handling this issue will not take my call.

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. With such poor quality product you would think they might try just a little

Worst service EVER! ZERO STARS

I am writing you to report an extreme failure in service from Electrolux customer service, field technician and routing department. This message is to notify you of my complaints on record for small claims court if necessary.

Your field technician came to my house on 2/14/2024 for an issue with the dryer. He reported that the heater house assembly would need to be replaced. He informed me that he could not come back out until Wednesday 2/21/2024 and that an appointment had been scheduled for that day and the part needed would be shipped to me. Wednesday the 21st came and he did not show up to repair.

I called Electrolux customer service and they could not provide any information or tell me when the technician would be at my home. My wife called that same day and spoke to a Supervisor named Shell. The supervisor told my wife that the part was being expedited and the technician would come Thursday the 22nd and that she would call my wife back the next day if there was any issues. Thursday came and no call and no repairman.

We called customer service again on Thursday and a new Supervisor said that the part and technician would be there Friday. Its Friday evening now and no part or no technician showed up. We called again an no supervisor was available and your employee said they had no estimated delivery time on the part. She could not tell us anything about when we could expect the part and repair!

This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We asked for a full refund for the $359.80. Your employee said she started the process of the refund but she couldnt tell us the amount of the refund. We were told that we would find out the amount of the refund once it is redeposited in my account and we would have to call back if there was an issue.

This is completely unprofessional. Not only did the first technician lie to me about the delivery date, my wife took work off to be here when no one showed. Then we both spent countless hours on the phone with your overseas based customer service that lied to us numerous times about when the part would be here and promising to call us back and then not calling! My money needs to be returned in full, $359.80 or I will go the court house and file formal action.

You have wasted a lot of my time already so I am more than willing to do whatever it takes to ensure Electrolux fully compensates me.

Electrolux has until Wednesday, February 28th 2024 at 5pm to notify me of the approval of my request for a full refund or I will file the lawsuit at my earliest convenience. If my message is not responded to by the date noted above I will take that as confirmation from Electrolux of their negligence, lies and unacceptable service and this message will be provided to the court as evidence.

I bought a vacuum. Was unable to reach anyone at the company to ask a few questions about the product. They basically have no customer service.

Instead of starting every phone call with "We're experiencing high call volume .. " perhaps they could staff the customer support number with enough people to provide some level of customer support.

I now hate Electrolux

Without writing every detail of my ongoing nightmare with Electrolux and their inferior certified repair department, I regret ever having purchased an appliance from this company. Having limited space, I ordered the Electrolux IQ Touch 24 inch 4.o cu ft electric, ventless dryer, which stopped heating after only 9 months.

Now FIVE WEEKS into my dryer repair, I continue to hear excuses from the service department about back-ordered parts and parts that arrive broken. I have lost time at work to meet with service technicians who either don't show up or order the wrong part. The supervisors at Electrolux tell me an entirely different story when they call the service department, leading me to assume that the service department either has no idea what is going on, or tells the supervisors what they want to hear.

Not once has a supervisior asked what can be done to keep me as a customer. After this experience, I would NEVER recommend an Electrolux appliance.

JUNK dehumidifier, Customer service worse !!

I've had it for 2 years and used it 2-3 times max. It no longer powers up, and this is due to no fault of my own - this product is garbage, period.

(35 pint one, if inclined to look up the reviews on it online). I got assurance from an Electrolux representative (who giggled at my concerns/issues with this unit) that if I filled out the online claim with all necessary paperwork (which I did to a T), I'd get a new replacement unit. To cut a long story short, they didn't back that replacement up. I'm stuck with a garbage dehumidifier only worthy of being taken to the dump.

I paid around 200 bucks for it new, via Amazon, just for your information. Customer service, not to mention the products, are a total joke and a rip-off.

Washer/dryer

7 years ago I bought over $8000 in Electrolux/frigidaire Appliances. I decided to take my Electrolux washer and dryer to the shop and get myself a new set.

Washer came lock wouldnt engage so they had to replace it. Took 10 days to get the done, now dryer is making an awful noise! Again a week and a half to replace! I tried to call Electrolux to talk to them about all the problems and not really being happy with this set and I was told that you dont have a complaint department, which is the most absurd thing.

Now department for consumers complaints?

Im thinking about just returning the set period now. Over $2000 I paid for this set

Main controll board on back order for over 7 months. Customer service wont help and will not escalate

my 4 year old fridge was diognosed with a failed control board in Aug 2023. Board has been on backorder and when i call Electrolux customer care, they keep telling me my fridge is old (board failed in its 3 rd year) and that the new ship date is a month away.

I called again today and was told the same thing, i asked for it to be escalated, i was told to call back later when a supervisor was available and then was hung up on.

I wish there was a way to blast this garbage across social media.

Front load Washer comes with toxic gasket. I complained but they didn't want to do anything about it except replace with a new one which will be even more potent.

They told me it would go away in a few weeks, which never did. Customer service is a nightmare as well. They never answers the phone after 30 minute wait. Text chat agent is the same.

Very incompetent agents. They will book a service without asking our availability.

And when I call the service company, they don't have us in the system. The whole thing is a nightmare.

Purchased a washer and dryer set on a Saturday and realized I should have added the pedestal drawers. No way to add to order so on Monday waited on hold for 20 minutes for customer service.

They were unable to add to the order but placed it separately and assured me they would coordinate delivery and installation. Every day since I have waited on hold, tried chat and even sent multiple emails. The only was to get "help" is to endure the hold time.

Not once could they tell me when the pedestals would be delivered to be able to coordinate with the washer and dryer (scheduled for today). The excuses have ranged from no response from the delivery agent, not able to track the shipment, call back tomorrow (then tomorrow, etc) and finally we can't help, here is the direct phone number for the delivery agent.

Broken replacement filter

I ordered a replacement filter for my refrigerator. It came broken.

I spent more than 2 hours on the phone this morning. I got transferred to every extension in the company.

Nobody was of any help. I sent pictures of the delivery bag and of the broken filter.
