Purchased complete kitchen suite of Electrolux appliances for my new home...loved the look but 3 years in the icemaker went out.

Called Customer Service and it was worse than a merry go round. Each time you called you got a different representative and all they did was promise service. One repairman told me he would have to remove my unit and take it to his shop for repairs...approx 2 -3 weeks for repair! NO to that...

another round of CS calls to some more /different representatives...Finally, I purchased another icemaker and had it replaced by a local knowledgeable repairman. It has never made 1 cube of ice. Dishwasher..have to rinse dishes or dishes will have food on them at the end of cycle. Range Top at about four years had a boilover on to range(electric).

Had to replace said range and the new one .It will cut off if you are cooking on more than two eyes at a time.....
