I had a Westinghouse fridge break down at 3 years old and couldn’t be repaired without costing a lot of money. The local repair man checked it out and said it was not able to be repaired.

Decided to pay Electrolux $602 to get a new one. Bad call!! Received a new one after 6weeks and it didn’t work. After many phone calls to Electrolux I still haven’t been reimbursed any money.

This has been going on for 3 months now, they have the old/new/broken down fridge but still refuse to reimburse me for a product that I never ever used and was their fault.

Grrrrr!! I have dealt with several different people at Electrolux and have found differing stories depending who you talk to.
