Bought a electrolux vacuum cleaner.. Have had it for approx 3 months and have gone through 6 belts...Customer service just ignores this and wont come back to me...

Disgusting service and they expect me to do the running around.. They dont even supply the belts to the shops that you buy the vacuum cleaner from and you are expected to find a place that supplies belts.. Between Game and Electrolux nothing sucks like electrolux but unfortunately it is not the vacuum cleaner that is doing the sucking... One seriously peed off customer..Email after email sent..eventually after weeks they contacted me and said they would arrange for a replacement from Game...

Nearly a month later and problem is still not solved...

What a Pathetic company...

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I didn't like: Customer service.

Service at shops, choose my words carefully, isn't high! That's why I prefer buying online!

Recently I've purchased a vacuum cleaner , i did it in two clicks! No troubles and problems!
