We have been without our Electrolux induction stove for 8 weeks!The stovetop died at just under 2 years old.

We had bought the extended warranty with original purchase at Tasco Appliances on Dundas Street in Mississauga, ON. Tasco has tried to deal with the issue. Electrolux has NO customer service. The extended warranty company CanAmerico is REALLY REALLY BAD customer service.

You purchase the product, they wash their hands clean, as do CanAmerico the extended warranty company.

Warning to anyone thinking to buy an Electrolux --- DON'T!!!And furthermore any appliance you purchase, if you are offered extended warranty, ask if it is CanAmerico that you would be purchasing it from and just know that you will be dealing with absolute idiots if you have a warranty issue!

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss "all of the above" of electrolux cooktop. Electrolux needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
